PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE

HITO is a perfume consisting of natural essential oils extracted from plants by steam distillation, while the absolutes are obtained from the petals using the enfleurage technique. All raw materials are strictly selected and the supply chain is certified.

SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY CHOICES

The bottles, boxes and caps were produced in Italy. The boxes are not only fully recyclable and biodegradable, but also FSC-certified, which means that the pulps used all originate from managed forests. The glass bottles and wooden caps are fully recyclable. The paper labels are 100% tree free and fully recycled to save energy and preserve the trees. The HITO perfume labels are made with algae from Venice's lagoon, the spread of which would endanger the lagoon's fragile ecosystem, using bio-waste to conserve the environment.
