We will send the products ordered by you to the address provided by you with a Track & Trace code. We use recycled filling materials to stuff the packages.

 

Shipping with Postnl

Orders placed on workdays before 15.00 hours will be delivered the next delivery day.

If a product is not in stock at the time of your order, the expected delivery time for this product is clearly stated on the product page and in your shopping cart. 
Your package will be dispatched as soon as all the products you ordered are in stock. At that moment you will receive an email with the track & trace code of the package.

Missed delivery?

Are you not at home when your package is delivered? Then Postnl tries to deliver it standard with your immediate neighbours. Does this also not work? Then the deliveryman will leave a message for you. You can use this code to indicate on Jouw.Postnl.nl until 22.00 hours on the same day where you want your parcel to be delivered at the second attempt.

If, at the second delivery attempt, we have still not succeeded in delivering the parcel, it will be taken to a PostNL point where you can collect it for one week before it is returned.

 

Pick up PostNL Point

If you do not pick up your parcel from a PostNL point within 1 week, it will be returned. It can then take another 2 weeks before PostNL returns the parcel to us.
Only then will the purchase amount of your order, excluding shipping and return costs, be refunded to your bank account. 
Note: If you have chosen to pay afterwards via Klarna, your payment obligation towards Klarna will continue to exist!

 

Package damaged?

Note: when you accept a package from Postnl you accept the delivery!

We always pack your order well in a tightly taped and sturdy box. However, on the way to you an occasional accident can occur with a shipping box.

In the unlikely event that your order is offered by the PostNL delivery service in an opened or torn box, always use one of the following options:
- Either refuse the package;
- Or get the postman to write down and sign a statement about the damage, and make sure you get a receipt! Also take a picture of the box before it is handed over to you (actually with the delivery man present).

Reports of damage that are only found after the delivery of the package has been accepted by PostNL cannot be processed. We ask for your understanding.

Returns

"Zero Waste" products as well as intimate products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

You can return a product without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving the product, but because it concerns hygienic and limited shelf life products, strict rules apply.

- Only absolutely unused, unopened and undamaged products can be returned. Upon arrival, the products are thoroughly checked by us.
If it is suspected that the product has been used or opened, or that the product has been damaged through the fault of the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product and in that case the purchase price will not be refunded. 

- Perfume testers, mini test products, test sachets and the like cannot be returned.

- Within 14 days after the purchase date, the return must be notified to us in advance via the contact form. You will then receive the return shipment instructions from us by email.

- The product to be returned must be received by us within 17 days of the delivery date. If this period is exceeded, the return shipment will be refused by us. 

- The product must be sent in the original packaging, properly packed and with a valid Track & Trace code.

- The Track & Trace code must be sent to us immediately by e-mail: [email protected], so that we can follow the shipment of the package.
If the package is not demonstrably delivered to us, we cannot continue the return procedure.

- The return costs are entirely at the expense of the customer, even if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the door and has it returned via the deliveryman, or if the customer has not picked up the parcel in time at a collection point and the parcel is ultimately returned to us by the collection point.

- As soon as we have received the product in undamaged condition, we will refund the purchase price as stated on the invoice within 14 days using the same payment method you used when ordering.
If it is suspected that the product has been used, opened or damaged through the fault of the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product. 

In case you refused your parcel at the door and had it returned as a return directly via the delivery driver, or if you did not pick up your parcel on time at the collection point and the parcel is eventually returned to us by the collection point, the full return costs according to the current Postnl shipping rates will be deducted from the invoice amount to be refunded by us (tariffs 2024: NL € 8,30; BE € 8,05; DE € 10,25; DK € 17,45; FR € 14,30; AT € 15,00; LU € 15,15; IT € 13,95; ES € 10,40; FI € 24,20; SE € 17,30, IE € 18,70).

- Any payments made in arrears will not be cancelled in the event of a return. These must be paid in the usual way. 

- The payment costs of Subsequent Payments will not be credited, even after a return, they remain the full cost of the customer. 

- Credit payments will always be transferred to the same account number the customer used to pay for the order in question. 

 

Partial or full return of an order with promotions and discounts

If you partially or totally return an order on which you have received a discount or Free Gift promotion and as a result your order no longer satisfies the conditions of the promotion in question, the discounts or Free Gift promotions in question for the order in question will be cancelled retroactively and the actual amounts will still be charged.
