We will ship your order to the address you have provided with a Postnl Track & Trace code. We use reused and recycled filling materials to fill the parcels.

Missed a delivery driver?

Not at home when your package is delivered? Then Postnl tries to deliver the standard to your immediate neighbours. Isn't this also possible? Then the deliverer will leave a message for you. On this page you will find a 'non-house code': with this code you can indicate on MyPackage the same day until 10 pm where you want your parcel to be delivered at the second attempt.

If at the 2nd delivery attempt it has not yet been possible to deliver the package, then it will be taken to a PostNL point where you can still pick it up during 1 week before it returns.


Collecting at a Postnl Point

If you do not collect your parcel from a Postnl Point on time within 1 week, it will be returned to you. Then it may take another 2 weeks for Postnl to return the parcel to us.
Only then will the purchase amount of your order, excluding the shipping and return costs, be refunded by us to your bank account. 
Note: If you have chosen to pay in arrears via Klarna as your payment method, your payment obligation towards Buckaroo will continue to exist!

You can choose from one of the following options: 

Delivery on another day (up to 6 days in advance).
At home* between 6pm and 9pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Pick up one of the 2,600 PostNL locations throughout the Netherlands the next working day from 4 pm.
Pick up one of the 300 PostNL locations in Belgium within 2 working days.
At one of the 400 selected PostNL locations you can pick up your parcel the next morning from 8.30 am.
At a different address* in the Netherlands, for example with family, friends or at work. Again, this can be planned up to 6 days in advance.
In the automatic parcel machine at seven major NS stations and Schiphol Plaza. 

Parcel damaged?

Please note, when you accept a package from Postnl then you accept the delivery!

We always pack your order well packaged in a good taped and sturdy box. Still, on the way to you can occasionally prevent an accident with a shipping carton.

In the unlikely event that your order is offered by Postnl's deliverer in an open or torn box, please always make use of one of the following possibilities:
- Or you can refuse the package;
- Or have the postman write down and sign an explanation of the damage, and make sure you get a proof! Also take a picture of the box immediately before it is handed over to you (so actually with the deliverer there).

Reports of damage that are only discovered after the delivery of the package has been accepted by Postnl cannot be processed. We ask for your understanding.

Is there a problem with the delivery of your parcel? Then you can contact Postnl via the service number: 0900-0990.


Products that have been designated as 'Zero Waste' on our website, invoice and delivery note can of course not be returned for hygienic reasons.

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason, but because the products are hygienic and have a limited shelf life, strict rules apply.

- Only absolutely unused, unopened and undamaged products can be returned. Upon arrival, the products are thoroughly checked by us.
If there is suspicion that the product has been used or opened, or that the product has been damaged by the fault of the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product, in which case the purchase amount will not be paid. 

- Perfume testers, miniature test products, testers' cachets and the like cannot be returned.

- Within 14 days of the date of purchase, the return shipment must have been communicated to us in advance via the contact form. You will then receive the return instructions from us by email.

- The product to be returned must be received by us within 17 days of the delivery date. If this period is exceeded, the return shipment will be refused by us. 

- The product must be shipped in its original packaging, properly packaged and with a valid track & trace code.

- The Track & Trace code must be passed directly to us via email: [email protected], so that we can track the shipment of the package.
If the parcel is not demonstrably delivered to us, we cannot continue the return procedure.

- The return costs are entirely at the expense of the customer, even if the customer refuses to accept the package at the door and has it returned immediately via the delivery company, or if the customer has not picked up the package on time from a collection point and the package is finally returned to us by the collection point.

- Once we have received the product in undamaged condition, we will refund the purchase amount as stated on the invoice within 14 days using the same payment method as you used for the order.
If there is a suspicion that the product has been used, opened or that the product has been damaged through the fault of the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product. 

In the event that you have refused your parcel at the door and have it returned immediately as a return via the delivery company, or if you have not picked up your parcel on time at the pickup point and the parcel is ultimately returned to us by the pickup location. your actual return costs will be deducted from the invoice amount to be refunded by us.

- Any payments afterwards by 'Achteraf-betalen' via our paymentprovider Klarna will not be cancelled in the event of a return. These must be paid to Klarna in the usual manner. 

- The payment costs of Achteraf-Betalen (Payment Afterwards) will not be credited, even after a return, they will remain entirely at the expense of the customer. 

- Credit payments are in all cases transferred to the same account number with which the customer has paid the order in question.
