The Neem tree grows in India, referred to as the “divine tree” in Ayurveda, and can grow up to 30 metres high and 2 metres thick. Neem oil is pressed from the seeds, which is known for its purifying, protective and restorative properties and is therefore used in many Ayurvedic recipes.

This first cold-pressed neem oil has a powerful purifying and restorative effect and fits into a natural care routine to rebalance the skin and scalp. Its rich texture makes it ideal for local applications or as a complementary oil in combination with lighter vegetable oils.

Use

Apply the oil undiluted to specific areas of the skin, such as pimples, rough patches or irritated areas of the body. For broader applications, mix a few drops with a gentle vegetable oil such as jojoba or argan. For the scalp, the oil can be used as a purifying hair mask: apply, leave on and rinse out during washing. Do not use the oil undiluted on large areas! If the oil solidifies due to lower temperatures, it can be warmed between the hands or in a bain-marie. For external use only. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women.
