Directions for use

Full bath: Pour 3 to 5 handfuls (approx. 200 g) into water at 37–38 °C, soak for 20 minutes and then rinse off with clean water.

Foot or hand bath: Dissolve a handful in a basin of lukewarm water and soak your hands or feet for 15 to 20 minutes.

Localised treatment: Mix with water or a vegetable oil to form a paste and apply to the affected areas for 10 to 15 minutes.

Scrub: Mix with a vegetable oil to exfoliate the skin and stimulate microcirculation.

Repeat this 1 to 2 times a week, as needed.
