Arc en Sels Dead Sea Salt with Magnesium Chloride

Magnesium is an important mineral that we often cannot get enough through our diet. A magnesium deficiency leads to problems with relaxation, sleep problems and the undermining of mental resilience.
Magnesium is also very beneficial in the healing of acne, psoriasis and fungal infections of the skin.

Bathing in magnesium salt ensures that the magnesium is efficiently replenished through the skin and the deficiencies in the body.

Avoid contact with the eyes!

For stress relief
Dissolve 500g in a warm bath and stay there for 30 to 45 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water.

In case of skin problems
For this you need to use more bath salt, dissolve about 750g to 1kg in a warm bath and stay there for about 30 to 45 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water.

In case of foot fungus and/or severe callus formation
Dissolve about 100g of bath salt in a tub with 2 to 3 litres of lukewarm water and soak the feet for about 30 minutes. 
Scrub all callus spots with your hands or a washcloth and cut the nails as well as possible.
Rinse the feet well with clean water.
Repeat every 2 to 3 days until the problems diminish. After this, maintain once a week.
Make sure all socks are washed at 90 degrees Celcius to prevent recontamination.
