Very Light: perfect for teenage or very light flow days (~light)

Light: perfect for days with light to medium flow (~regular/normal)

Medium: perfect for days with medium to heavy flow (~super)

Heavy: perfect for days with heavy flow (~super plus)

You should always use the lowest tampon absorption for your needs.
