Moroccan Natural Rhassoul Clay

Properties
Rhassoul Clay contains high concentrations of silica, magnesium, potassium and calcium. This very mild cleaner does not contain any surfactants so that the natural protective layer of the skin is not damaged. Rhassoul Klei cleans through a mechanical process, where the dirt particles attach to the clay and can then easily be rinsed off with water.

Independent scientific studies (presented at the 12th Meeting of the National Institute of Phytotherapy in Paris in 1985) have shown that pure lava clay:
- dryness decreases by 79%
- reduces skin flaking by 41%
- improves skin clarity by 68%
- improves skin elasticity and firmness by 24%
- improves skin texture by 106%
- removes superficial sebum and sebum in and around blackheads
- removes dead skin cells, leaving the surface of the skin soft and smooth.

Use
Mix a little rhassoul clay with some lukewarm water to make a spreadable paste.
Do not use a metal tray or spoon.

Body
Keep some clay paste in a bowl in the bathroom and always use a small amount that you distribute over your facial skin and/or body. When you rinse the clay with water, your skin feels refreshed and like new.

Hair
For short to medium length hair, mix 40 grams Rhassoul Clay with about 70 ml water and apply to the hair. Then, under the shower, add a little water while you massage the emulsion into the hair and scalp. Continue adding water until all the clay has disappeared from the hair. You don't need any other hair conditioner; the Rhassoul Clay also works as a conditioner.
Chemically dyed hair: Rhassoul clay can affect the colour of chemically dyed hair. Try the clay first on an inconspicuous tuft of hair. Do not leave the clay in too long.

This natural Rhassoul comes from the Atlas mountains in Morocco.
