High-quality, sustainable and eco-friendly production made by a small wood producer from Hamburg, Germany from sustainably harvested olive trees. Only when an olive tree no longer bears fruit at the end of its life is it released for the timber trade.
Olive wood is scratch-resistant because it is twice as hard as oak.
Clean it with water and possibly some mild detergent (hand wash only). Be sure to dry the wood well to avoid water stains. To preserve the beautiful texture and colour, rub the wood with a little olive oil from time to time.
Do not clean the products in the dishwasher, as this will fade the wood and make the product rough.
Each piece is handmade and unique with slight differences in size and patterns.
