John Masters is a top New York company who decided 20 years ago that he only wanted to work with high quality natural products in his salon. That's why he developed his own luxury care line 20 years ago.

John Masters products use certified organic ingredients and all plant extracts and essential oils are exclusively distilled in a traditional way so that none of their power is lost.

All John Masters Organics products comply with the following strict guidelines:

All products must contain a minimum of 70-100% organic ingredients.
All products are free of (sodium) lauryl sulphate, parabens, DEAs (Diethanolamine, MEAs (monoethanolamine) and TEAs (triethanolamine).
The products do not contain GMOs (genetically modified organisms).
Not tested on animals
No artificial colours, aromas, fillers or thickening agents
All plant extracts and essential oils should be organic/eco certified as far as possible.
All essential oils used must have been steam distilled and not extracted with propylene glycol (which negates the effect of the oil).
All vegetable oils must be cold pressed and not heat distilled (thereby negating the therapeutic properties of vegetable oils).
All ingredients must have a proven beneficial effect on the hair or skin
All ingredients must be harvested in an environmentally friendly way (wild-crafted).
All ingredients must be biodegradable.

John Masters also applies these principles to the packaging, using minimal ink, and the boxes are made from 100% recycled, unbleached paper.
