* PLEASE NOTE: If the total value of an order subsequently falls below the free delivery threshold due to returned products, the standard delivery charges will still be applied and deducted from the credit amount.

We will dispatch the products you have ordered to the address you have provided, with a Track & Trace code. We use reused and recycled packing materials to fill the parcels.

PostNL Delivery

Orders placed on working days before 3 pm will be delivered the following working day.

If a product is out of stock at the time of your order, the expected delivery time for this product is clearly stated on the product page and in your shopping basket.

Your parcel will be dispatched as soon as all the products you have ordered are in stock. You will then receive an email with the track & trace code, which you can use to track the dispatch status and delivery of your parcel.

Missed the delivery?

Are you not at home when your parcel is delivered? PostNL will then attempt to deliver it to your immediate neighbours as standard. If this is not possible either, it will be taken to a PostNL collection point where you can still collect it within 1 week before it is returned.

If you have had your parcel sent to a parcel locker, it will remain there for a maximum of 2 days. If you have not collected your parcel within those 2 days, it will be taken to a PostNL collection point where you can still collect it within 1 week before it is returned.

If you wish to change your delivery preferences, you can do so via the Postnl App.

Collection from a PostNL Point

If you do not collect your parcel from a PostNL Point within 1 week, it will be returned. It may then take a further 2 weeks for PostNL to return the parcel to us.

Only then will we refund the purchase amount of your order, excluding return costs*, to your bank account.

Please note: If you have chosen to pay via Klarna’s ‘Pay Later’ option, your payment obligation to Klarna remains unchanged!

You can choose from one of the following options:

  • Delivery on a different day (can be scheduled up to 6 days in advance).
  • At your home* on Tuesday or Thursday evening between 6.00 pm and 9.30 pm.
  • Collection from one of the 2,600 PostNL locations throughout the Netherlands, the next working day from 4.00 pm.
  • Collection from one of the 300 PostNL locations in Belgium, within 2 working days.
  • At one of the 400 selected PostNL locations where you can collect the parcel the very next morning from 8.30 am.
  • To another address* within the Netherlands, for example with family, friends or at your workplace. This can also be planned up to 6 days in advance.

Parcel damaged?

Please note: when you accept a parcel from PostNL, you are accepting the delivery!

We always pack your order securely in a well-taped, sturdy box. However, on the odd occasion, an accident involving a shipping box may occur on its way to you.

In the unlikely event that your order is presented by the PostNL delivery driver in an open or torn box, always make use of one of the following options:

  • Either refuse the parcel;
  • Or have the postman note and sign a statement regarding the damage, and make sure you receive a receipt! Also take a photo of the box immediately before it is handed over to you (i.e. with the delivery driver present).

Reports of damage only discovered after the parcel has been accepted by Postnl cannot be processed. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Postnl Customer Service

Is there a problem with the delivery of your parcel? Then you can inform us immediately and contact Postnl via Postnl Customer Service.

Returns

‘Zero Waste’ products as well as intimate products cannot, of course, be returned for hygiene reasons.

You may return a product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it, but as these are hygiene-related and perishable products, strict rules apply.

  • Only products that are absolutely unused, unopened and undamaged may be returned. Upon receipt, the products are thoroughly inspected by us. If there is any suspicion that the product has been used or opened, or that the product has been damaged through the customer’s fault, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product and, in that case, the purchase price will not be refunded.
  • Perfume testers, mini samples, tester sachets and similar items cannot be returned.
  • Within 14 days of the purchase date, you must notify us in advance of the return via the contact form. We will then send you the return shipping instructions by email.
  • The product to be returned must be received by us within 17 days of the delivery date. If this period is exceeded, we will refuse the return.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging, securely packed and with a valid track & trace code.

The Track & Trace code must be sent to us immediately via email: [email protected], so that we can track the parcel’s delivery.

If there is no proof that the parcel has been delivered to us, we cannot proceed with the returns process.

The return costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, even if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the door and has it returned directly via the delivery driver, or if the customer has not collected the parcel in time from a collection point and the parcel is ultimately returned to us by the collection point.

As soon as we have received the product in undamaged condition, we will refund the purchase amount as stated on the invoice within 14 days via the same payment method you used when placing the order.

In the event that you have refused your parcel at the door and had it returned directly via the delivery driver, or if you have not collected your parcel from the collection point in time and the parcel is eventually returned to us by the collection point, the full return costs in accordance with the applicable PostNL shipping rates will be deducted from the invoice amount to be refunded by us (2026 rates: NL €7.10; BE €8.65; DE €8.90; FR €10.85; PT €12.00; AT €13.50; LU €13.50; IT €12.00; ES €10.40; FI €24.20; SE €17.80; IE €18.70).

Any Postpay payments are not waived in the event of a return. These must be settled in the usual manner.

Postpay transaction fees are not refunded; even after a return, these remain entirely at the customer’s expense.

Credit payments will in all cases be transferred to the same account number used by the customer to pay for the order in question.

Partial or full returns of an order with promotions and discounts

If you return all or part of an order for which you received a discount or a Free Gift promotion, and as a result your order no longer meets the conditions of the relevant promotion or bundle, the relevant discounts or Free Gift promotions for that order will lapse with retroactive effect and the actual amounts will still be charged.
