For Sun20, the particle size of the zinc oxide and titanium dioxide has already been adjusted to take into account the new regulations. So you can see what a non-nano sunscreen looks like under the new regulation. You will see a light white haze, as the zinc oxide and titanium dioxide particles remain on the skin instead of sinking into it. Safe for you and for life in the ocean.

The tube of this sun cream is made of PIR PE. PIR stands for Post Industrial Recycle. This means that the tube is made of post-industrial waste. This is recycled and used to make these tubes. PE stands for Polyethene (formerly also called Polyethylene). This is one of the most sustainable plastics because it can be recycled very well. If you throw the empty tube into the plastic waste, it will be 100% recycled.

The cap is made of PP. That stands for Polypropylene. It is harder and therefore practically unbreakable and also firmer than PE. Exactly what you want from a cap. PP is also 100% recyclable. You do not need to separate the cap from the tube, they can be disposed of as a whole.
