EnergyBalance Bentonite Montmorillonite Clay

Bentonite is a clay mineral that is formed when volcanic ash disintegrates. The extremely large, negatively charged surface of bentonite makes it highly absorbent to contaminants.

Face mask
As a face mask, Bentonite is even more effective when applied to clean skin. A bentonite mask stimulates detoxification and skin circulation, it unblocks and purifies the pores of blackheads, combats pimples, exfoliates and refines coarse pores.

Instructions for use as a skin mask: Mix 1 tablespoon montmorilloniet-bentonite with water to form a thick paste. Let it rest for a few minutes and then apply to clean skin. Let the mask work in for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off with plenty of lukewarm water. 

Hair mask
Bentonite is also ideal as a hair mask to remove stubborn buildup, silicones and toxins from your hair!

Instructions for use as a hair mask: Mix 1 tablespoon montmorilloniet-bentonite with water to form a yoghurt thick paste. Let it rest for a few minutes and only then apply it to the washed hair. Let the hair mask work in for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off with plenty of lukewarm water. 

Internal use

It is a 100% pure natural product without additives and sand-free. It contains at least 95% montmorillonite and is alkaline. It does not cause any unwanted side effects and cannot lead to an overdose. 

Dosage for internal use: As a treatment at least 2 to 9 months. Drink twice a day.

Add 1 level teaspoon of bentonite to 2 dl / 200 ml water. Stir well. Drink on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before eating or going to bed.
